Separate charges to disclose clearly
A 10-day trial can be offered after demo approval, basic workflow confirmation, and credit card or payment mandate setup. Billing is charged by clinic category after the trial unless cancellation is requested before trial end. Introductory pricing is available during the launch period and may change after early clinic onboarding. Domain, Firebase/Google Cloud usage, WhatsApp API charges, email provider costs, payment gateway charges, SMS/OTP costs, paid maps, legal review, and future custom development are normally billed separately to the clinic. International deployments can be quoted separately based on local currency, payment gateway, messaging provider, and compliance needs.
